At Springfit, we take pride in delivering precision-made mattresses designed for comfort, support, and durability. To give you peace of mind and a comfortable experience, our products come with a limited warranty that protects you against defects in material and workmanship. Sleep easy knowing we stand behind every mattress we sell.

Warranty Period

• Standard Warranty: 10 years from the date of purchase.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects during normal wear, including;

• Sagging, indentation, or body impressions deeper than 1.5 inches, when not caused by an improper foundation or misuse.
• Manufacturing Defects such as broken coils, torn fabric, or faulty stitching.
• Premature loss or degradation of foam or mattress shape not caused by normal use.   

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Use:  

• Gradual softening of foam, softening or minor sagging less than 1.5 inches.
• Comfort, firmness, and feel preference.

Improper Use & Damage:

• Springfit mattresses are made to be used on a sturdy, firm, and flat base. Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper foundation is not covered under warranty.
• Stains, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or odors.
• Mattresses used in commercial settings (hotels, dormitories, etc.).

Others:

• Mattresses purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• Mattress without original invoice.
• Warranty period over.

Process to File a Warranty Claim

• Email Us: support@springfit.net with your order information and photos of the defect.
• Ensure you have your receipt, order confirmation, or original invoice.
• You may also be asked to provide product pictures to assess the damage.
• Our team will review your claim and may request additional documentation.
• If approved, we will repair, replace, or provide a comparable mattress at our discretion.

Important Notes

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Replacement mattresses may be a different model if the original is discontinued. Shipping costs for replacement may apply depending on the warranty terms.

Warranty is void if the mattress has been subjected to unauthorized modifications.
