At Springfit Premium Mattresses, we prioritize your comfort, sleep, and satisfaction. That’s why we make high-quality mattresses that you’ll love. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help you the best we can.

100 Night Trial- Eligibility for Returns

At Springfit Premium Mattresses, we offer a 100-night trial, so you can enjoy true comfort in the comfort of your home.  To initiate the product return, please contact our customer support.

To be eligible for a return under the 100 Nights Trial, the following conditions apply:

  • Return must be initiated within 100 nights from the date of delivery.
  • The mattress should be in good condition, free from stains, tears, odor, and damage.
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required.
  • The offer applies only to the original purchaser and one return per household/address.
  • The 100 Nights Trial does not apply to customized sizes, accessories, or promotional items unless explicitly stated.
  • Returns are accepted; however, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  1. Return Process

To return your Springfit mattress, follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Contact our customer support team with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.

Step 2: Provide the proof of purchase (original invoice) and the reason for the return. After the order and product confirmation, we will arrange for the product pick-up.

Step 3: Once the return is processed and we have received the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Payment clearance is subject to bank terms and conditions.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled in 24 hours from the order placement. 
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may initiate a return under our 100 Nights Trial Policy after delivery.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@springfit.net with your order number.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to your original payment method within [2 business days].
