Free shipping & Delivery Regions
At Springfit, we offer standard free shipping on all mattress purchases in the USA.
Some remote locations may incur additional shipping fees.
We do not ship to unauthorised, inaccessible locations (such as remote territories, islands, etc.) at this time. However, keep checking our shipping & delivery policy for any updates on delivery areas.
All import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax) are included in your purchase price. Customers will not be charged additional costs.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers FedEx/UPS to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery.
Because Mattresses are bulky/heavy items, we use carriers who specialize in large package shipping.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we’ll process it within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number by email.
How to track your Order-
We make it easy to tack on your order delivery status. You can track your order in two ways:
Option 1: Using Your Confirmation Email
- To track your order, click on the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.
- You’ll be redirected to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can view the latest delivery status.
Option 2: Tracking Through Our Website
- Visit Springfit.net and go to Support > Order Tracking.
- Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- Click “Track” to see the real-time status of your package.
Delivery Timeframe
The order will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days after the product is shipped (within the main delivery zones/regions).
For more remote or outlying areas, delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.
You may also request a preferred shipping time window before the order is shipped.
Once your order is en route, delivery date/time requests can’t always be guaranteed.
