Do your mattresses come with a trial period?

Yes, all our mattresses come with a 100-night risk-free trial. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll arrange pickup and provide a full refund.

Are Springfit mattresses hypoallergenic?

Yes, our mattresses are designed to be hypoallergenic. We use natural latex which is resistant to dust mites and mold, and our covers are made from organic cotton that breathes well and reduces allergen buildup.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer white glove delivery service?

Yes, we offer white glove delivery service which includes in-room delivery, setup, and removal of your old mattress. This service is available for an additional fee and can be selected during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Contact our customer service for specific international shipping information.

How is the mattress packaged for delivery?

Our mattresses are compressed, rolled, and shipped in a compact box for easy handling. Once unboxed, your mattress will expand to its full size within a few hours. We recommend allowing 24-48 hours for it to fully regain its shape and comfort characteristics.

Warranty & Care

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Sagging greater than 1.5 inches
  • Faulty coil systems
  • Material flaws
  • Edge support failures

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, comfort preference, or damage from improper use.

How do I care for my Springfit mattress?

To extend the life of your mattress:

  • Rotate your mattress head-to-foot every 3-6 months
  • Vacuum occasionally to remove dust

How long is the warranty period?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-night trial with free returns. If you're not satisfied with your mattress, contact us within 100 days of delivery to initiate a return. We'll arrange pickup and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Can I exchange my mattress for a different firmness?

Yes, we offer one free exchange during the trial period. Contact our customer service team, and we'll help you select a different firmness and arrange the exchange.

Are there any return fees?

Returns during the trial period are completely free. We cover the cost of pickup and processing. Your full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.
